# Problem, Security and Privacy Reporting

TED uses one secure problem/security reporting system for bugs, malfunctions, incorrect payments or rewards, suspicious behavior, privacy concerns and possible vulnerabilities.

A reporter does not need to connect a wallet merely to submit a report. A TED member may optionally verify a wallet when that helps Operations locate the specific Membership, transaction, Escrow order, subscription or other on-chain evidence involved.

Contact information is optional. When supplied, it is kept in the restricted contact zone and is not sent to the AI analyst as part of ordinary case evidence. TED does not create a reusable wallet-to-email identity profile from a report.

Problem/security reports enter the Operations case system and may be correlated with on-chain anomalies and AI analysis. Improvement ideas and feature requests use a separate non-urgent workflow and do not automatically become incidents.
