Launch with observation
The 11 TED Solana Programs begin upgradeable so real Testnet/Mainnet evidence can be reviewed. Each Program is made permanent only after human review and revocation of its Upgrade Authority.
Operations without authority
The external TED Operations system watches behavior, reconciles expected versus actual outcomes, receives reports and asks AI for analysis, but it has no authority to sign transactions or control TED funds.
Independent access
The browser member application has a decentralized IPFS release path so interaction with TED does not depend entirely on the editable public website.
