Report a problem or security issue

Report bugs, failed actions, incorrect balances or rewards, suspicious behavior, privacy concerns, or possible security vulnerabilities. A TED account, wallet connection, and contact method are optional.

Privacy first. Never submit a seed phrase, private key, password, or API secret. Contact information is optional and is not stored as a reusable wallet↔email identity link.

Problems and security reports go to TED Operations, AI analysis, and the Admin. High/Critical cases can trigger urgent Admin alerts. AI receives sanitized case evidence rather than your contact information.
