Report a problem or security issue

Report bugs, failed actions, incorrect balances or rewards, suspicious behavior, privacy concerns, or possible security vulnerabilities. A TED account, wallet connection, and contact method are optional.

Privacy first. Never submit a seed phrase, private key, password, or API secret. Contact information is optional. Attachments are encrypted and quarantined, and their contents are not sent to AI.

You do not need a TED account or wallet. Write in your own words — TED Operations and the AI monitoring system can do the technical classification after the report is received.

Problems and security reports go to TED Operations. The AI system receives sanitized report text for an advisory first pass; your contact information and attachment contents are excluded.
