TED Operations can rebuild and verify public on-chain state without holding a signing key. This page exposes only privacy-safe evidence produced from a completed snapshot and recovery rehearsal.
Public recovery evidence is not published in this build yet. It will appear after a real environment snapshot and PASS recovery rehearsal are exported through the privacy-safe L17-E evidence process.
